Candles
- Candle burn time is approximately 50 hours (for Small), 95 hours (for Large).
- Scent notes include: Mediterranean Cypress, Bergamot, Fir Needles, Olive Leaf, Jasmine, Violet, Oakmoss, Vetiver and Sandalwood.
- Hand-poured soy blend candle in glass pot with 1 cotton wick. Soy is non-GMO, paraben free.
- Trim wick to 0.6 cm each time before lighting.
- Always place your candle on a fireproof surface or holder.
- Never burn a candle completely, and dispose of it when it burns to within 1 cm of its base or the holder.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Keep out of reach of children or pets.
Diffuser
- Scent notes include: Mediterranean Cypress, Bergamot, Fir Needles, Olive Leaf, Jasmine, Violet, Oakmoss, Vetiver and Sandalwood.
- Scented oil diffuser comes in clear, sustainable recycled glass container with cork; comes in a box. Diffuser contains 7 rattan reeds.
- For optimal performance, place 5 reeds in the diffuser bottle for a medium sized room. Use more or less reeds to adjust the fragrance strength. *(Increasing or decreasing the number of reeds will affect the evaporation rate of the liquid).
- For diffuser: place reeds in bottle and allow 24–36 hours for the fragrance to diffuse. If fragrance dissipates, flip the reeds.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
- Do not ingest. Avoid contact of oil and sticks with furniture and fabrics.
- Avoid contact of oil and sticks with skin and eyes as this may cause irritation.
- Never place diffuser directly on furniture as it can damage finish. Place in area where it is not in reach of children or pets.

We offer four types of delivery (Small Parcel, Small Standard, Standard, Deluxe) determined by the items in your order. An item's delivery type is displayed under the "Stock Status" information on each product page online. Delivery charges are calculated by destination and are charged per order. Multiple–product orders are charged according to the product with the highest delivery type. To view the overall cost of your delivery, please add all items to your shopping cart and ensure your delivery postcode is correct.
Customise your delivery! If you’d like to save on shipping, you may be able to change your Deluxe delivery to a lower priced Small Standard or Standard. Alternatively, you may also be able to upgrade your Small Standard or Standard delivery to experience our full Deluxe service. Either way, look for the option and your item/s eligibility at checkout.
Sometimes products may arrive separately but you will only be charged one delivery fee per order. Also, products delivered separately may be sent via the delivery type of that product rather than the overall order. Please provide a street address for delivery — we cannot ship to PO Boxes. NOTE: In some areas, we are unable to provide our full Deluxe service.

RETURNS
We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products, with careful attention given to design, materials, safety and construction. We hope that you are happy with your purchase; however, if you are not fully satisfied, most items purchased online or in stores may be returned for a refund of the merchandise value within 7 days of furniture delivery or within 30 days of purchase for all other products.
