Our Capitola rug grounds your space with its calming pattern and tones. Using a tufting technique, a team of highly skilled craftswomen make loops with pile wool to create texture and dimension.

  • Handtufted of 100% wool in India. This product celebrates and preserves artisan handcraft traditions around the world.
  • This rug is created by a team of highly skilled and experienced craftswomen. The "Made by Her" project facilitates these women learn new skills and crafts as a group, to help rehabilitate and empower their spirit.
  • Backed with recycled cotton and polyester with synthetic latex adhesive.
  • The synthetic latex provides a more durable and flexible backing that reduces odour and extends the rug’s life; it does not present a risk to those with latex allergies, nor does it dry out or break down over time.
  • For indoor use.
  • Rug Pad recommended (sold separately); combine or cut pads to fit your order.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

  • Shedding of loose fibres is normal and will diminish with regular vacuuming.
  • To prevent dust and crumbs from settling into your rug, vacuum regularly and/or shake.
  • Do not pull loose ends. Clip them with scissors to remove.
  • Professional rug cleaning recommended as needed.
  • Keep away from excessive moisture.
  • Blot spills immediately with a white cloth.
  • Harsh chemicals may damage or fade rug.
  • Use rug protectors under heavy furniture.

We offer four types of delivery (Small Parcel, Small Standard, Standard, Deluxe) determined by the items in your order. An item's delivery type is displayed under the "Stock Status" information on each product page online. Delivery charges are calculated by destination and are charged per order. Multiple–product orders are charged according to the product with the highest delivery type.

Customise your delivery! If you’d like to save on shipping, you may be able to change your Deluxe delivery to a lower priced Small Standard or Standard. Alternatively, you may also be able to upgrade your Small Standard or Standard delivery to experience our full Deluxe service. Either way, look for the option and your item/s eligibility at checkout.

Sometimes products may arrive separately but you will only be charged one delivery fee per order. Also, products delivered separately may be sent via the delivery type of that product rather than the overall order. Please provide a street address for delivery — we cannot ship to PO Boxes. NOTE: In some areas, we are unable to provide our full Deluxe service.
